Part 2 of the documentary film series, Agriculture in South America is shot in Argentina. The film-makers, Jörn and Tammo Gläser travelled a total of 5,500 kilometres and accompanied farmers and agricultural contractors with their cameras. The rice and maize harvests in various regions are shown. A day's shooting with the largest agricultural contractor in Argentina is included. Local agricultural machines, which can only be found in South America, are often used here. In addition, the film-makers visited cattle breeders, who breed ten thousand head of cattle in the expanses of the pampas of northern Argentina.
