This documentary takes you on a journey of discovery through Scandinavia's agricultural landscape. Filmmakers Jörn and Tammo Gläser have studied the length and breadth of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland to bring you this independent production. Spread over several visits from spring through to autumn, parts 1 and 2 introduce you to dozens of fascinating farm businesses and agricultural contractors. The filming locations stretch from southern Denmark right up to the Arctic Circle in Norway. You’ll see over 50 astonishing farm machinery deployments featuring various makes of tractor, such as Fendt, John Deere, Claas and Valtra, with power ratings from 80 to over 650 hp. Among them are also one or two exotic and classic machines. This unique documentary is rounded off by a wealth of background information on farm machinery and local farming practices.
